Spinning Off K so by the time i reached school today its was like friggin 3pm. Pathetic. I had Idol Gives back hangover plus i'm sick (again). I could give Macy Gray a run for her money today because i sound 'sexier' than ever. H'anyway the only plus is that Jacq and I had 1 for 1 coffee (yums). The canteen and the library is so empty its so depressin - its the majority of the people are done with muggin and are now enjoying the sweet rewards of freedom kind of EMPTY. phhft.

Speakin of which, the biggest salute for the people actually studying for their last papers even though the are graduating this sem. If it were me, I's be at palm beach with a hot stud by now. Speaking of beaches and hot studs, the parents are heading to Bintang on the weekend of 12th and 13th and i could,

a. Go with them and laze on the beach whilst they have their retreat (free transport and accomodation hell-yeah)

b. Stay in singapore and get the house and car for the whole weekend (hell-yeah!!)

I love it when its a win win situation especially if i;m the one winning!!

In more Entertainment News, my FLABBER was GASTEd last night at Idol Gives Back. Firstly no one got voted out but they put poor Jordin in the horrible position of thinking she was getting the BOOT. so mean. Secondly, ANNIE LENNOX. need i even elaborate? She makes me feel like I'm in my mother's womb all over again when she sings. SEXAY! Thirdly, Celine and ELVIS. H'omg H'omg H'omg. I love ELVIS especially before he started bindging on peanut butter sandwhiches and got FAT. H'omg.

In some not so pleasing news, Grey's Anatomy has decided that Kate Walsh (va va VOOM) should leave and do her own SPIN OFF and I. AM. NOT. PLEASED. She's my Mc Steamy (together with Eric Danes) and the reason why i put up with Ellen Pompeo and her whiny "love me pick me" character Meredith. Have they not learnt from Joey (only lasted 1 and a half season)? Spin off don't work!! they are pretty much DOOMED. We all prefer CSI Las Vegas don't we?? Ok so Frasier happened to work but thats ONE that survived. Sigh sigh sigh. I hope they at least let her come back if the spin off don't work PHULEEZE!!! oh but Taye Diggs is said to be joining her on the spin off so thats one more hunk to gush at.   happy. Advantages of staying near Bukit Timah hill:

1. lotsa greenery
2. You're close to nature
3. Its peaeful and serene

Disadvantages:

Everytime it friggin' rains, my house bloody FLOODS! Look at me! I'm not kiddin' it floods. Like roll up your pants to your knees and clear the clogged drain before we need to build a damn arc kinda flood. And then.. down Bukit Timah road to school JAM. Not the nice kind we spread on bread every morning but the kind that makes you puke if you are like me and have motion sickness. By the time i got to school I just wanted to concuss and I would've but i have a paper at 5. dammit.

There was this irritating guy walking behind me on the way to the library. When we got to the lift, instead of just shaking off his umbrella like normal people do, he was twirling it like he was friggin' part of the flower drum song dance troupe!!!!!! WTH. I. WILL. NOT. COMMENT. BOUT. SUCH. IDIOTS. NO. MORE.

  HEarT SoNGs Although i am not a penguin (pls watch happy feet), I seem to have some song stuck in my head every morning. Quite a random song..just pops in and stays..doesnt even have to be something i heard the night before or while i was bathing.. it just creeps into my head somehow. Maybe, it was always in there and randomly gets triggered to come on..*gasp* Maybe my brain is sending me subliminal messages!

Anyway, its subtle. You don't hear it until you are alone somewhere or for a random second, you find yourself quiet.. and then you will hear it or subconsciously start humming along to it.

I realised that this sem has been so busy for me, i havent stopped to hear my song and this morning for the first time, at 730am in school at the empty science canteen, i heard it. Hey Jude by The Beatles. Kind of a pick-me-up kinda song and yet kinda a sad tune...bittersweet. Been using that word alot lately.

Friday mass was bittersweet. Mostly bitter but in some way, knowing that there are pple worth crying for in your life, pple who've touched you so much and been there for you so much then you cry just thinking what you'd do without them in school...Thats sweet. Its different this time. Not like in primary school and secondary school where we cried cause we were not in the same class or going to the same school. We knew back then we'd meet SOMEHOW. But this time, its serious. If we don't try hard, we are gonna go work and have kids and totally not talk to each other until some wedding or (choy!) funeral. This time we're gonna graduate, no more school, WORK.. adult stuff. No SHIT ladies and gents this time is IT. And so, I hug them all each time i see them and each time we say goodbye.. you'd never know right? when the last hug is gonna b... so you do it as often as you can! Depressing SHIT. sigh.
